Exhibition arrangement

However, exhibition arrangement started at least few months before - here we'd like to focus only on two days before start.
We started on Thursday - 3rd of April - with preparation in 4th High School in Czestochowa.
We saw empty hall:
First day we planned to prepare hall, set the exhibitors layout and prepare our stand.
It started...
Many persons did their separate tasks to reach common goal:
Doesn't matter we had some issues and problems - we enjoyed it:
We started to prepare tanks which came to us from Aquarium Fish:
Sometimes there was a discussion about hardscape and used components (driftwood, stones etc) - everything must have been perfect:
From the first look - chaos - but in real - everything was according to plan:
In esthetical and visual cases we based on girls' opinion:
There was a time to work and a time to rest - discussions and consultations - here probably Kodi shows how big are the fishes in his home tank

And finally here comes the water:
Mr Józef Mordarski - the owner of Piranha Inbreeding, take care if everything goes fine. He brought his fishes to some of our tanks.
He took care to reduce stress of his fishes as much as possible - including providing all water to large tanks:
For other tanks we could use fresh water:
That's how we spent first day.
Next day - 5th of April was official technical day. Then we expected exhibitors who arrived and started set up their stands.
Hall started to fill with stands:
Of course - there was some minor issues (like power supply leakage).
This night no one slept with peace and calm - we didn't knew what will happen, if everything will be ok, if electric installation will be ok, will there be any visitors or guests, will any tank broke and many others...
